Non Activation Of STD fascility

Dear sir,

Sub: Non activaion of STD fascility Tel No 28541231

I applied for MTNL landline (Combo Plan) in the month of Dec 08 with STD fascility and the

same was installed, but STD fascility has not been provided to me till date. I last visited the Janakpuri exchange on 3rd Feb 09, I was asked to submitt a request lettet and was assured that by evening STD will be activated but I am sorry to say that nothing has done so far and I am fadup vising the exchange freequently. If MTNL is not willing to serve the cutomer than I have no other option other than surrendering the Land line and move on to other sevice provider.
