Line not working

For the last 7 days my phoine has been out of order and inspite of repeated complaints nothing has been done. Finally I had to go personally to your Bhika Ji kama place office. I was told that it may not be working as my bills are not paid. I have paid all bills within the stipulated time. My tele No is 26146225 in Vasant Vihar.

I would like to poit out that Airtel are far more responsive than you are.

I hope Mr S M Talwar will improve the MTNL tarnished image.
