My Telephone and BroadBand connection have been cut since December due to non-payment of huge bill raised in August. Being a small pensioner I was unable to pay the said bill and requested the authority to treat my severed connection as having been surrendered by me and adjust the outstanding bill amount with my security deposit and issue a fresh bill for the balance amount so that I can clear the outstanding without much financial hardship. Despite, number of letters, Fax, e-mails sent to different functioneries since then my problem has not been addressed till today and every month I am receiving bill with huge accumulated outstanding against my dead connections. As a senior citizen I am passing days with much anxiety and tension. I therefore appeal to the concerned authority to kindly suggest me the way to settle the matter urgently in order to get rid of unnecessary tension at this old age. Thanks.
