Bad services of Telephone

I have instlalled a land line MTNL telephone No.25274517 by my employeer State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur at my residence GH-4/67, Meera Apartment Paschim Vihar, New Delhi in the month of May. Since then, my aforesaid telephone is not working well. There is a surrounding sounds in the line while using the phone. Moreover, the instrument is also defective. The incoming call sound is very low which is not hearable. For this I have made complaint since last 3 months various times but not a single man come to attend my complaint. This is a matter of concern. Please look into the matter seriously other wise we are compail to surrender all the 500 telephones of our officers installed at the residence of our Bank.
