Telephone dead.(0120-2450590)

Dear Sir/Madam

My land line No. is 0120-2450590 & the same is dead for last 4to 5 days. Ihave lodged Complaint at 0120-2450382 four days before but no action has been taken till date. I have also lodged complaint to customer Care no.-0120-2441500 & complaint no. is 924959.No action has been taken by now.

May i request the concern authority to look into the matter immedietly.
