Well the Landmark Online Bookstore Website is worse than any seller I experienced online.
They are separate from the bookstores at malls.
The website seller has to be running the worst Customer Service Team to run a website selling things.
I had ordered 4 books - they shipped only 2 and shipped a third one damaged and torn.
They have not addressed the multiple complaints at their phone or email
1. They take my Credit Card data to process and charge me payment in Advance
2. The books are promised for 3-7 day shipping/delivery at their website
3. Their call center with STD number refuses to answer complaints
4. Mr. Senthil demands more transactions from my part
5. Their call center STD phone number again refuses to give any Status Update on this issue
6. None of the past emails to this Customer Service Email id is replied to by the wonderful team of Landmark Bookstores
7. Those people don't even have the decency to offer refund
8. Those people don't even have the common courtesy to answer phone calls or emails to their customer service contacts
The Landmark On The Net Bookstores people are a disgrace to Tata Group.
Their website needs to be shutdown through Consumer Court till all such complaints are resolved.
