My HP Laptop dv2500 had display problem. So I took it to Landmark Infonet Private Ltd., J-10, Sector-18, Noida, UP service centre. They claim to be authorized HP service centre, but they are not as told by HP service centre in sector-64, Noida. Landmark Infonet people told me that my laptop's graphics display driver was damaged and either I could get it repaired or changed. Firts time, (on 4th June), I asked them to repair the graphics driver. It worked for three weeks or so and then again same problem started (laptop screen was black, no display). I took it to Landmark Infonet (on 7th july) and requested them to change the graphics driver this time. Landmark people told me that there wouldn't be any more problem. But within one month the same graphics display problem started. I took it to Landmark Infonet on 8th August and asked them look into the laptop and repair things once and for all.
This time they told that my laptop's motherboard was damaged and had to be changed/repaired. I asked them to change it so that things don't continue in loop. After few days they told me they didn't have the required motherboard. Then I asked them to at least repair the motherboard. Buth within two days they said they couldn't repair the laptop. So finally I had to take the laptop back from them and take it to HP service centre in sector-64.
In nutshell, Landmark Infonet shop in Sector-18, Noida is not the good place to get your laptop repaired. Their service is pathetic.
