Its unfortunate to get outgoing phone block from our phone-03324803448 by your respective authority from 26.08.09, as receiving strange voiceover as "your phone is disconnected due to not payment by date" while receiving phone bill on26.08.09 & the last date of payment of bill 28.08.09.
