1.5 ton split AC, model: Silver Nano
No cooling

I have bought a Samsung 1.5 ton AC on 12/06 from Alaknanda Electronics & Communication, 23 Chakrata Road, Dehradun (Uttarakhand). But Iam not able to get the contact number of your service call centre at Dehradun even from your dealer, I have the contact no. of Doon Refrigeration whose representative has insattled the AC but the same no is also unreachable from last week and i am not sure that whether the he is authorized from Samsung or not but he was sent to us by your dealer only.

So kindly send your representative to my office
