One 1.5 Ton window Air conditioner of Carrier company has been purchased by me on 06 may 09 from the dealer Ketan Enterprise A/5 Diamond market, Nr Ambar cinema, PN Marg, Jamnagar. The Airconditioner is under warranty periord. From the first day it is showing 'Error' report, making unusual noise, and not cooling adequately. Repeated complaint in this regard to the dealer and company did not evoke any response
