Faulty AC installed- No service for 2 weeks

Dear Sir,

I am working at IBM-Kolkata in saltlake location. I paid on 15th April to MEHO-HCP air system -Kolkata for 1.5 Ton Window AC-model Durakool and it got installed on 25th April. It worked for just 2 weeks and then broke-down due to a major manufacturing defect around 10th May. Service complaint (KOL-513) was lodged on 14th May. I was assured that a replacement will be provided on 18th positively by Chandan Bhattacharya of Meho-HCP and Jaydeep Roy of Carrier-Kolkata. I had to take leave and waite for the delivery which never came. Every time I reminded them, I was told by both of them that it will come either the very next day or they will call me back. On 22nd May, they sent a replacement AC which was a defective and damaged piece or from seconds lot. It had fan blade broke, cooling fins damaged and the fan was hitting violently against the casing. I did not accept the offer and the AC was sent back. I lodged complaint with career East zone Service head - Mr. Venkatesh K and Carrier All India service head -Mr. Rajesh Nagpal. I am still waiting for the replacement and have been without AC for last 2 weeks. I have no faith left in carrier product-Durakool and want them to return me the amount with due compensation for the harrasmentToday on 22nd Morning, I am still waiting for the replacement and in the process has wasted my two paid.

Due to exceptionally irresponsive and irresponsible behavious of Jaydeep Roy of Carrier and Chandan Bhattacharya of MEHO-HCP, I lost 2 days payment since I had to sit at home witing to receive the AC. This was made clear to Chandan and Jaydeep that I will be waiting for the AC and they promised delivery. It happend repeatedly for 2 consecutive daysr.

I have been suffering from intense summer heat for last almost 2 weeks even after paying Rd. 18800 to Carrier. I would request consumber forum to take serious action against concerned people/organisaion and provide me relief by getting the money returned along with compensation
