Non delivery of gas

Dear Sir,

I am submitting a fresh complaint for your kind cooperation and suggestive measures.

I am Anuska Gupta, at present residing at Patrapada. I am a lecturer in a college at Cuttack. I am a regular customer of your Bharat Gas. I have been facing problems regularly from your Distributor (Gandhi Market, IRC Village, Nayapalli BBSR). I am submitting my grievance for your necessary action.

On 3rd January I have booked Gas at your above mentioned distributor. On 8th & 9th January I have gone to your Patrapada Godown for bringing Gas. They told that "Madam, your booking RECEIPT is not available, please go and check out at the Distributor". I have again informed your distributor that please give my booking RECEIPT, which was booked on 3rd January. Your Distributor office staff (A Madam and a gentleman, i do not know their name) told that we have already sent your RECEIPT to Patrapada Godown. Then I have returned with anger.

Again, the very next day, I go to your Patrapada godown for my Booking Receipt. But your Godown staff were denied to show the RECEIPT. They told that you will get the Gas after 5/6 days i.e. on or after 15th January. I was returned from Godown with depressed mood. Really on that day, I feel very depressed.

This is not expecting from BHARAT GAS Distributor. Why we are not getting GAS in time. We are ALL belongs to a FAMILY.

Every month, I book the GAS in time. But your people are not delivering the gas in proper time.

I have been watching some mal-supplying the Bharat Gas near our Patrapada. Your Godown people are always supplying gas to 2/3 Black Shopes at Patrapada. This is regularly done by your Godown people.

Please stop this mal-practice. Because of this mal-practice, we are not getting GAS at the right time.

I am requesting you to pplease suggest and rectify your Distributor and Godown people to supply/deliver GAS in-time and communicate the customers in proper way of talking.
