Sole crack

Sir/madam

i bought steel toe tan colour shoe from CHIEF BOOT HOUSE, SCO 87-88, SECTOR 17-D chandigarh on 20-06.for Rs. 2600.In two and half months only the sole is starting cracks. I was assured that if something happen to sole, the shoe will be replaced.

please help me
