TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN.
About 2 years ago, I purchased a vehicle from "T.R. Sawhney Motors" in Badli. After I paid the company & took the vehicle into possession, I was told that my R.C would be ready within 4 weeks. I waited through the entire 4 weeks & when I didn't get it, I called up the dealership asking them what the problem was with the R.C. There was no problem with any of my documents but my file was lost somewhere & hadn't even been seen. I asked them when I'd be able to get it. They didn't answer my question & speaked absolutely reudely & unprofessionally with me. When I did receive my R.C., it was three months later. That was the first issue.
Now, recently, I have been looking to sell my vehicle. I wanted to take the vehicle to "Maruti" & get a quote on the re-sale price. But, it turns out the Chassis number that the dealership mentioned on my R.C is completely not matching with the actual Chassis number of the vehicle. So, "Maruti" could not give me an answer on the quote. I am sure the root of the problem is at the dealership. Now, when I am trying to get hold of them to get clarifications about the problem & what to do, they are pretty much passing the buck on to me. Why should they bother helping me out when they've already got their money? This is exactly their attitude. If the dealerhsip hadn't initially made this mistake on my R.C, I wouldn't have to go through hell like this. I want them out of business...
