Taken Money for product before approx 50 days back and not delivered the product

Dear Sir,

I have bought a 150 rs wall clock from letsbuy.com via order no LSB-776424.it is more then 50 days they have not delivered the product. After calling 100 times they are not taking any action and i have wasted around 120 rs calling them. Please take serious action against them.
