Non availability of the product

I was gifted with a 'levi's 501 jeans shirt, LOT#FG606-0001.' from lucknow. the product was purchased under the condition that if the size is incorrect, then it'll be exchanged at any levi's showroom.when the gift reached me via courier at secunderabad, the same product was not available here in the showrooms.although the staff at the showroom entertained me very well and even asked me to exchange it with any other pattern of shirt.but i wanted the same model.i thus want that the same should be made available to me.an early response is expectsd.
