I stay in Thane (MS). I bought a LG Split AC on 4th of April but I havent been able to use it for more than a week. It has broken down twice since the installation and the customer service is so poor that no one responds even after the complaint is registered. The technicians are so rude and unprofessional. I regret buying an LG product. I would advice every reader to consider my advice before even looking into LG products. My recent complaint was logged on 6th may but till now no one has responded. Every time you call them, they will provide you a new complaint number and tell you that the technician will visit soon. To sum up LG has the worst service i have ever seen in Indian market.
