Bad After sale Service

Our 1.5Ton Split A.c. complaint is pending since a month most of the time LG Service Engineer comes and done the use less work in our A.c. and go back from 01.06.09 to till date the service engineer visit our place 6-7 times but our A.c. is still in not working.

Please tell me LG People what should i Do my first complaint No. N-9C60903014 & Second N9C61607284 which are still pending your Sonepat (Haryana) Service Engineer No. is 09996117217 named Mr. Gagan.
