I have bought a 1.5 ton window ac (LG) on 03 march 09. On 23 jun 09 it stopped working. 25 jun 09 i have booked a complaint through customer care ref no.(s9c62502919) and i was told that i will get a call within 2 hrs. But to my surprise no body called me that day, so i called up customer care again and they gave me another number to call at. I called them up and they came in the evening next day and on inspecting the ac found that the FAN inside is broken and assured me that i will be replaced the next day. I waited for their call and the next whole day but no body turned up. someway i got their service mangers number (Mr. Purushotaman, chennai) and everytime i call him he assures me that he will call me back in 5 minutes but never calls me and when i call him back he says "oh, sir i am really sorry i forgot". The same episode is continuing and my ac is still unserviceable and nobody neither from the customer care nor from the service center is providing me the information. I request to replace my ac with a new one and i promised my self to never look at any of the LG products in the future and will warn other also from doing that.
