i have purchase 1.5 ton window Ac last year in june, now facing problem of unusuall sound in Ac.

Attended by your authorised service dealer he told thAT THE FAN MOTOR OF AC become deffected and required to be replaced on PAYMENT of Rs 1385/ plus Rs 300/ services charges because warranty of FAN MOTOR is beyond the warrenty period. The deffect in fan motor with 2 summer seasons show the quality of your product is very poor or manfacturing defect.

Kindly arrange to replce the deffective fan motor free of cost as soon as possible
