No response from the customer care

Dear Sir

From last 6 month, My sister freeze is not working well. We had made complain to the customer care but there response is very poor.

Problem in freeze - Freezer portion of the freeze is not working and at the same time there is smell problem in the entire freeze.

The technican had changed the part (@ 1950 Rs) but still it is not working

We have to call 20-30 times to get there response
