Worse repairs and customer service

Hi Everyone,

This is a request to all you indians not to buy any LG A/c and if you do, please do not take the annual maintenance scheme. They are just fooling us customers. This is my second experience with LG. I have my LG a/c and had to send it for repair.

The LG service representative GenNext Service Center [in motilal nagar, goregaon (w) owner: Mr Vaibhav] took our A/c on 16th June and returned the A/c on 21st Aug which is after 3 months. And that too after atleast 30 calls to LG Vaibhav (GenNext service) Vimesh (who appears to be an LG manager).

And to add on, my A/c is again not working today on 23rd Aug. These people are just making fool of us.

I do not have words to express my anger but I request all my Indians to make a note of these people and also the company itself and spread the news to everyone you know.

Please do not fall into this trap.
