My Self Sanjeev. I was bought 1 pcs. 22 inch Wide screen ftf (for computer) from your Authorized dealer location at jalandhar :-

My purchase date is 10th December. But after just 18 hrs 4:3 wide screen button and function was stopped. It was very shock movement. I will manage if this problem occurred after 6 month or 1 year. When I try to contact with Super Dot Computer so his reply was “my aim was only sale... I m not responsible for any hardware and system problem “, than he gave me Service station number. after 8 hrs one engineer come home at 12th December and told me “this is Switch Panel Problem, so give me permission for open the FTF, I ill change Switch Panel Part ”. Sir, how can I permission for open the new LG FFT... which is just 48 hrs old and under 100% warranty. The Service Station Owner does not agree to replace it.
Today is 16th December... Still 4:3 button not working. Sir I want replace this unit not service /part change I ill pay full amount so why I repair it.
This is request you to release the order for exchange the defective product.
I am facing one more problem one dot (missing/blue color) is show on Right upper side.
Sir, I cannot want repair or any part change, I want just replace it. I am waiting your positive reply till 24st December. Other wise I will 100% appeal on CONSUMER COURT on special CASE.
Sir, I am regular customer of LG, if I pay full amount and purchase product (WITH HARD BILL) and product is defective so I have power to claim through CONSUMER COURT.
