Poor service

I purchased lg32" scarlet lcd in month of february and now in month of april it's not working.

When we switch on lcd it automatically get off.

I sued complaint with LG customer care my complaint number is W9C41002700, customer care people said am again forwarding your mail to department.

Today it's 18th day and yet lcd is not working.

Very poor service .. LG
