On 15 th July I lost the display of my mobile but phone was working well, then I searched for the service center in bangalore and asked them whether they have the product (display) present with them,

They told "They have it and wiil be changed immeditly if i got to there service center".

On 17 th July When i went to there service center

They told "They got the faulty display from LG, hence will replace once they get (from LG)".

On 20th July I called service center

They told "the display was changed but the phone went dead they told".

On 21th July I called service center

They told "The display was changed but software need to be reflashed hence asked for my permission to reflash, has all my phone number and data will be lost". I aggreed

On 21th July I called service center

They told "The power went in middle of the flash cycle (1 hour) hence they will do it tommorow"

On 22th July I called service center

They told "The application has problem and they are working to hard to bring up".

On 23rd July I called service center

They told "The board has the problem and has to replace the board”

Tell me who is responsible for this and on which lucky day I will see back my phone in working condition.
