I GOT MY LG SHINE MOBILE 11 MONTHS AGO ON 20th SEP 07 FROM LG SHOPPEE, JABALPUR.BUT SUDDENLY AFTER A MONTH IT'S BATTERY STARTED CAUSING PROBLEMS AND WAS NOT GIVING PROPER BACKUP, THOUGH I GOT MY BATTERY CHANGED FROM SERVICE STATION, NOW AGAIN I'M FACING THE SAME PROBLEM AND THE VOICE CLARITY IS ALSO NOT GOOD INSPITE OF COMPLETE NETWORK.I HAVE VISITED THRICE TO YOUR SERVICE STATION BUT NO PROPER FEEDBACK AND SERVICE WAS PROVIDED.

I REQUEST YOU TO CHANGE THE BATTERY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
