Defficiency in service

I had registered a complaint of my faulty Monitor on 30/ July, 09. Complaint RefWC973002174.

the service engineer attended to it the very next day but said that the power supply unit needs to be replaced and he shall be back with rethe replacement. Its almost three weeks now and there is still no sign of the replacement promised. Several calls to the call center and their service representatives M/s Hybrid have yielded no results. As as self employed professional most my business is conducted on my computer. And being unable to use the same as affected by business as well as reputation as I have not been able to deliver assignments on time. This has lead to severe monetary losses. I have no option but to seek legal recourse.
