I purchased LG LCD Monitor TV. I have got an offer for Free DTH.

I have sent all the docs including a DD in favour of Spectramind and it has already been received as per courier delivery tracking.
I did not receive any Response for my mails.
What action can be taken against the Spectramind to prevent such a fraud company?
