Not subscribed for music etc

I am a senior citizen and have not susbribed for any my music stations any time still from my prepaid amount they have deducted Rs.30 30 total 60/-. this is against my will and I never wanted this facility any time. Please arrange to refund me Rs.60/- and give me information through my mobile phone. Thanks, For Urvashi, Chittaranja Bhavsar, (Husbond using the phone).
