Regarding the harassment of the customers by LG and Very Bad products

I purchased the LG 21" TV from Reliance Digital, Shipra Mall, Noida on 6-Apr-08 but after some days the picture tube was giving problem and showing some blue patches. I also complained to LG customer care and they said that we will replace the Picture tube. They took my TV from my home on 20-June-08 and told me that we will give back to you on Monday 23-June-08 but still I have not got my TV back. Even I am calling to Customer care daily (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and also today) but not getting any response and even not get any single call. I also tried to contact Manorma (LG Noida Head) but she is also not picking the call. Please help me for the same.
