Redemption of gift

Hi,

I bought a LG refigerator in Adishwars show room on 8th April at Bangalore during LG 11th anniversiry celebrations scratch card offer. I got LG home theatre in that sacratch card.

To claim that gift everytime i am calling Adshiwars people but they are saying that till now they haven't received those gifts. I really do not understand it is a mistake by Company or dealers.

Please let me know the status of that gift or else i want to proceed consumer court on this.

please remember the dead line date to collect those gift was 20th May'08.
