I purchased an LG washing machine 3 months ago from Hyderabad. Unfotunately the water pipe has been accidently broken. I have been calling the customer services for the past 5 days. everyday on every call i have been assured that i will get a call back from the technician but no luck.
It has been escalated for the past 2 days now - my complaint number S8C91200453.
Now the latest is that the customer services number that i am dialing takes me to north India, wen they transfer me back to Andhra Pradesh branch no one can hear me! The telephones are not working. I asked the north india branch to ask the Hyd branch to call me back - the answer is that " no this is an inbound call centre" surely someone can call the Client back???
I have not seen this kind of a service before and i am absolutely sorry to say that LG has degraded themselves to this extent. We have just moved back to India from UK, i am amazed to see that how many times i have to call for a water pipe!
PS: i had similar experience with the LG TV as well.
The LG name & products are good... however i will not advice anyone to buy LG just because no one helps once you are in trouble.
I hope i get a response back atleast.
