Mobaile sound problem

dear sir i have problem of my mobile phone the voice speaker have some problem n... i will gone service center then he said mobile plet havbe prob n then he said to money but i have by mobile before last 2 month and i have mobile gauranty of one year so tell me sir what can i do...

i haven complent in this no (R191008009)

and my mobile model no LG-RD3500

and serial no 804CYNL1875199
