TV repair process

I had registered LG TV repair complaint with LG customercare on 7th Oct with no: C09A1912611.

The service center (SC) technician came and checked n taken few parts for repair on 8th. He said he will comeback regarding cost of the repair in 2 days, but has not contacted for 10days. When i contacted him he said it will cost 2.2K n i said go ahead with the repair. He said it will b done in two days. They registered complaint on 19th with website. From that day of 15th Oct to this day they never contcted me, i hv contacted them may b 10times regarding the status, all the time they said it will come in two days like that. Still it is not done.

No body updated me the status. When i contacted their supervisors n area incharge they first entertained n promised it will b done, but later they started to reject my call.

I hv been raising this with customercare, but they too offered little help.
