I have purchased LG Monitor TV from M./s Sabdra Infotech, Dhule, Authorized Dealer B.N. OCT 008 daed 07/10 and send us all details by Speed Post to you on 10/10. I am enclosing the following details as under:-

01) Complaintely Filled DTH Claim Form having Spectramind Marketing Original Hologram

02) Photocopy of the Original Invoice of Purchase

03) LG Monitor TV Sr. No. Model No. Barcode cuttrig from the Carton (Original)

04) Demand Draft of Rs. 99/- in favour of Spectramind Marketing Pvt. Ltd. Paybale at Delhig ag. handling charges of your DTH Set Top Bax.
