I have purchased LG FF Refrigerator 280 L GL-295TTG4 Tango Blue on the name of my wife Geeta Singh 117 Rani Bagh Khandwa Road Indore on dated 14/04 from your Authorised dealer M/s Lotus Electronics Super Market Sapna Sangeeta Road Indore vide his bill No 02R 801258. Now I have been transferred from Indore (M.P.) to Lucknow during may. The above mentioned refrigerator is not cooling since last night (Dated 05/08). Further more this refrigerator is under guarantee period.
So it is, therefore, requested that necessary instructions may kindly be issued to your service Manager Lucknow centre for attending / rectification of our complaint immediately.
