Dear All @ LG

We are really very very disappointed with the poor & pathetic service of LG electronics & its associates who do not have the courtesy to even call back & update us on the status of the service/installation engineer who was supposed to come & install out new unit yesterday & today till now at 13.45 hrs we have not recd any call back from one Ms Aarti sitting in Noida also who assured me that she would check & get back to me within half an hours time after speaking to her at 12.00 hrs. Please consider this complaint very seriously as we will be taking the TV unit & return it to the place of purchase if we do not get a response in the next half an hour.
