Harresment by LG after sale service

Dear All

I have been facing problem with my LCD TV . I had also launched an official complaint. But the Lg people are not giving the required customer after sale service. Even though the product is within the warranty limit. I had registered my complaint on 19th May (comp no W9C51900558). The technecion has only once visited and said the part (MTA tunner) has to be replaced and he could do nothing. since then there was no feedback from the LG people. every time i only has to follow after them. The only feedback i am reciving is we have register the requirement and the part is not available with the company. The Lg persons are not even attaining the calls and gives irresponsible answere.

I request avoid using LG product since the products are with lot of problem. It better to use any other brand then this.
