This is to register my complaint against LG customer services and very poor approach from service engineer.
I have LCD TV (26" X Canvas) and is not working since last one month. I had subsequently called customer services and launched my complaint with same issue. This complaint was registered and no. is W9C90708244.
This complaint is pending from last one month and I have not received any call or positive answer from LG team. I have been calling LG services twice a day frequency and non one is bothered about complaint and only providing fake assurance.
In initial follow up one engineer from LG team visited my house and surprisingly "well trained engineer" (???) could not locate problem and went off without any action taken.(?) After this incidence I contacted manager in customer services and I found it terrible to get question again about my nature of complaint...(???)
THIS IS WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED FROM LG AND I WILL REMEMBER THIS ALL HAPPENED TO ME WHILE RECOMMENDING SOME ONE TO GO FOR LG PRODUCT.
