I have purchased a lg refrigerator, 320 litres, lotus red on 6-10-09 from Kohinoor Tele Video, Thane. Since the time it was purchased, only the upper unit, i.e. the freezer is cooling, but the lower portion i.e. the area where food and raw food are kept, is not cooling, and the food is getting spoiled. After repeated requests, a technician attended to the problem on 10-10-09, but the fault occured again the next day. As it is a new piece bought only a few days ago and was found faulty, I requested the dealer as well as LG, THANE to replace it with a new working one, but it has not been done till date, thus putting my household into difficulties. I have paid the full price of the refrigerator and I am entitled to a new working piece. 6 days have passed and no action has been taken by LG, THANE/My dealer.
