INSTRUMENT NOT WORKING, NO DISPLAY, NO RING TONE, PHONE GET DISCONNECTED BETWEEN THE CALL

I am having Tata Indicom Walky, Number 011-65719598 in the name of Surender Tomer (Mob.09868426958) r/o E-5/83 Rajiv Gali, Dayal Pur Extn., Delhi-1100094. There is no display, ring tone, and phone get disconnected between the call automatically. please inform where can i get it serviced/repaired.
