I HAD PURCHASED LG MOBILE KB 110, AFTER WARRANTY PERIOD I HAD APPROACHED SERVICE CENTRE TO CHECK MY STATUS OF HAND SET FAULT.

THEY HAVE DEMANDED Rs500 FOR JUST SOFTWARE PROBLEM, WHEN HANDSET IS WORKING.
