I had bought a LG mobile model No. KP320 at Calicut. Soon after purchasing of the same I could see that I am unable to send SMS to the second/third number stored for a particular contact.
I took up the issue with area office of LG at calicut and I was advised that this is a soft ware issue and the mobile had to be given to service centre at Calicut. After keeping my mobile at service centre at Calicut for nearly 15 days the same was returned back to me stating the same cannot be rectified.
Then I once again contacted your area office. One person by name Mr. Pradeep not only misbehaved with me over phone but even tried to avoid my calls by always giving lame excuses.
I had also taken up this issue with [email protected] on numerous occasions and also with [email protected]. But nothing happened.
It is really regrettable and shameful that an organization like LG has no care for their customers who believe in them and go by the brand name.
Hence I would request you to either replace my mobile at the earliest or else the money spent by me in purchasing this mobile should be refunded to me along with interest.
