Dear Team

It make a very bad impression and a very bad image regarding LG mobile set. I have purchased a mobile on dated 25 -09 - 09 LG KM 900

IME NO :- 352154-03-724318-4 AMOUNT 20500/-

I Have only used the set for three days and few troubles came in the set like colure display hanging problem and while I use my set it automatically switch off

It was very difficult for me to go to service center as my job is touring but any how I visited your Luckow branch mobile .com they understood my problem and they replaced my mobile.

I got a new mobile as I replaced it to GC 900 COST 23500/- I AM USING IT WITH MY COPRATE NO 9794996315 as there is no net usage my mobile.

Again the same problem is coming like colour display hanging problem slow speed and touch pad not working now it seems that I have taken a wrong decision while choosing the mobile set as for last 7 years I was only using the Nokia set only.

Can you please suggest me what to do I am now sitting in your service center as they are updating new software I am not comfortable with the services you are providing it to me please refund me my money back or give me another mobile brand Nokia NOT LG ANY MORE
