Lank screen software problem

Dear Sir/Mam

My brother in law was gifted this phone to me from USA after one month it goes off and showing blank screen we have approach to LG service center but they say this is not launch in india so we dnt have solution now we are not able to under stand whwt should i do please provide us solution i will be very thanful to you.
