NO AFTER SALE SERVICE

Dear Sir

I have purchased two LG LCD and I am having problem in one LCD picture quality is not good at starting level. I lodged my complaint vide complaint no C0992215649, after that I got one call that we are coming to see your monitor but no body came after 15days time.

I again lodged complaint vide complaint no. C09A0119174 again I got call within two hours and asked me that we are coming with in half an hour. But till writing this complaint no body turned up.

Pl look into the matter and do the needful
