Instrument problem

Purchased LG mobile phone RD3000, since i purchased facing problems, last time i complaint this to lg complaint cell . i went to sv servicing center an authorised servicing center at kanchi.after 4 times of my continues complaints i got my phones replaced but of no use, the other phone is also having same prolem, what to do next, i complaint in servicing center they says network problems, Reliance people says instrument problem, but iam suffering,
