Dear Sir,

As promise by you my phone will be rectify after 2 to 3 days, still my problem not solved. I request you to please change my SET as soon as possible. some time it work normal & some time if I press 3 than automatically 369* & new name come on screen. Secondly microphone also not working saisfactory.

Please do needful to change my hand set
