Refrigerator Not working

I purchased LG refrigerator One year back. This summer I found colling is less. I called up Customer care But now I am trying to reach LG customer care there is no response for past 4 days. Customer Care Executives are so poor l. I escalted Call to Sr. Level but no response. I am in a fix. It is very poor & pathetic service from LG .
