I would like to inform u that I have purchased a LG refrigerator (2 years back). Since 5th October I am facing prublem with the home appliance as my refrigerator which I purchased is causing cooling problem. For the same, I have already fired a complaint to the LG customer Care Centre but no action has been taken yet.
A representative came at my place on 7th October and told me that the timer of the refrigerator needs to be replaced. After that, no engineer of LG came to my place to change the spare part. After complaining on a regular basis approximately around after 1 week, the LG Customer Care Executive informed me that the timer is out of stock and will be replaced on 9th October.
All my efforts with the LG Customer Care Centre are in vain. I am facing a lot of problem after puchasing this home appliance for home use. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
